Ashbrook Hawkstone International powered by Syntol Lubricants – 25th February

The Ashbrook Hawkstone International powered by Syntol Lubricants is only a week away now! The fans will be treated to a full day of racing on Sunday the 25th February. It is expected several thousand people will descend on the incredible Hawkstone Park Circuit, SY4 4NA. (What three words on www.hawktoneinternationalmx.com)

This year SMC are delighted to welcome former World Motocross Champions Jeffrey Herlings and Romain Febvre plus current MX2 World Champion Andrea Adamo. Adding to that world class riders such as Glenn Coldenhoff, Isak Gifting (MX2 British Champion), Petar Petrov, Henry Jacobi, Brent Van Doninck, Roan van de Moosdijk, Alberto Forato, Pauls Jonass, Raf Meuwissen, Cas Valk, Xavier Cazal, Haken Osterhagen, Maximillian Werner plus top Brits John Adamson, Brad Anderson, Josh Gilbert, Brad Todd, Adam Sterry, Jake Nicholls and Joel Rizzi plus many more.

The line-up is one of the strongest in years, SMC have gone back to the old format so there will be two MXGP and MX2 races plus the Superfinal and three EMX125 races. It will be an action-packed day starting at 9am, gates to the public open at 7:30am.

Tickets can be bought on the gate only they are £40 for adults and children 5 – 15 £5, free parking and free entry to the riders paddock. Please note we are unable to accept card payments due to the poor signal at the circuit, there is a cash machine on site next to the pay booths.

Dogs must be kept on a lead, mess must be cleared up, they must be friendly with people and happy around bikes. Cannabis smoking is not permitted unless given medical exemption and permission from SMC, please message to enquire.

Camping opens at 9:30am on Saturday 24th February and gates will close at 6:30pm.

9.00 – 9.25am               EMX 125cc Practice & Qualifying Up to 5 minutes start, 5 minutes free 15 minutes timed.

9.30 – 10.05am              MX2 International Practice & Qualifying Up to 5 minutes start, 10 minutes free, 15 minutes timed.

10.10 – 10.45am            MXGP International Practice & Qualifying Up to 5 minutes start, 10 minutes free, 15 minutes timed.

10.50am                        EMX 125cc Race 1 15 minutes + 1 lap

12.00pm                        MX2 International Race 1 25 minutes + 1 lap

12.40pm                        MXGP International Race 1 25 minutes + 1 lap

1.15pm                         EMX 125cc Race 2 15 minutes + 1 lap

1.40pm                         MX2 International Race 2 25 minutes + 1 lap

2.20pm                         MXGP International Race 2 25 minutes + 1 lap

3.10pm                         EMX 125cc Race 3 15 minutes + 1 lap
